Everything we sell at Upper Meadows is research-grade material meant for in vitro laboratory and research use only. Given the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

We take care packing and checking orders so they leave in good shape and match what you selected. When you buy from us, you are agreeing that refunds are not available for any reason — change of mind, wrong pick, or simple dissatisfaction included.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If something is missing, incorrect, or damaged when it arrives, write us at contact@uppermeadows.com. We look at every case promptly and are committed to making it right.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email contact@uppermeadows.com before the order ships. After it has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or change it. If you are unsure, reach out right away — we move orders through fairly quickly.
